The SFJC is a safe, practical and 'robust' solution which satisfies the requirements of 'Approved Document B and L' of the Building Regulations.
Designed to be used where timber joists are built into a masonry external wall, the SFJC elminates air leakage problems associated with the shrinkage of timber joists.
Accomodates a wide vaiety of joist types and sizes.
