We know you are receiving many emails from companies regarding the coronavirus, but we want to address your questions about how COVID-19 is affecting our business, specifically our ability to manufacture and ship our products. 

To date, we have experienced minimal impact to our manufacturing operations and are not aware of any specific disruptions to any of our shipping providers.  We are open for business and orders will be processed as usual.

However, we are taking several safety precautions to ensure the safety of our employees and our ability to continue operating.

Due to increased home working, you may experience a longer response time when contacting our customer service team or technical department by phone.  To help with this, if you are able, please email your orders or questions and we will contact you as quickly as possible. (See below).

For those customers wanting a next day service, we may not be able to guarantee this service, due to segregation measures in our factory and warehouse, along with potential transport disruption, so please do not rely on this service.  We do not envisage any disruption to our 3 day service, although this may change as circumstances change.

Until further notice, we are suspending all customer events and gatherings at our facilities and will not allow customer collections.  We have also instructed our sales managers and merchandisers not to travel.  However, they are still working, so please call them if you have any questions or require any assistance.  As they will be home based, they may well be able to help with any queries you have, if you cannot reach the technical or customer service team.

The situation is rapidly changing, so we will continue to share updates with you. As always, we will do our best to minimize any impact to your business. For the most up-to-date information in your area, please reach out to your local Simpson Strong-Tie representative.
